2,000+ paying users, ~€50K MRR and a €500K pre-seed — as co-founder and sole designer. Owned the whole design function from zero: research, IA, core flows, design system, brand and investor deck.

Self-initiated AI product that turns Italy's most confusing procedures into a 15-minute task. Designed the conversational assistant, region-personalized guides and IA — and shipped the front-end in working code.
